Non-refundable, bottle remains our property and has to be Visually checked each 12 months - if it's filled before then then that qualifies as the check. This goes for ALL bottles under ROU. But it's yours to use for 3 yrs with no rental and no hidden costs of any kind. (a computer record is kept of all ROU's and the date recorded)
